The Director of Talent Management & Development serves as a key HR leader and strategic partner, responsible for designing and executing a forward-looking, data-driven talent strategy aligned with our mission and vision. This role is pivotal in driving workforce capability and organizational performance by modernizing how we attract, develop, and retain talent.
In this position, you will lead a shift toward a skills-based talent model, leveraging AI-enabled insights and emerging technologies to create personalized team member experiences. You will partner with senior leaders to assess organizational effectiveness, design interventions that improve culture and performance, and build scalable leadership development programs. From overseeing onboarding to managing succession planning and continuous performance feedback, you will ensure our workforce is future-ready and equipped to meet the evolving needs of our residents and communities.
