The Role

This position is designed to drive financial performance and strategic growth through rigorous analysis and planning. You will partner with department managers to gather business insights and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Your work will directly support executive management by providing variance commentary, analyzing key performance indicators, and generating actionable insights to prioritize resource allocation.

In this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for evolving our budgeting, reporting, and analysis frameworks. You will standardize and automate systems to enhance efficiency, ensuring that financial models accurately predict and track business growth, initiatives, and key projects. The role requires a proactive work ethic, where you can independently move projects forward, make data-driven decisions with limited information, and enact change quickly in critical situations.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with qualifications and performance taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $105,000 – $117,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives.

VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors, including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
