The Accounts Payable Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's business objectives by leading a team of specialists through high-volume accounts payable and receivable transactions. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our financial operations across four ERP systems.
In this role, you will not only oversee daily invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations but also manage customer and vendor portal activities. You will be the bridge between Finance, Procurement, Receiving, and Treasury, resolving complex discrepancies and driving process alignment. The position requires a people-first approach, focusing on training and mentoring staff while ensuring superior customer service for both internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure strong internal controls, compliance with company policies, and timely, accurate reporting to management on transaction metrics and account balances.
