The Expatriate Services Manager serves as a strategic partner to clients on international assignment structuring, presenting researched conclusions, and identifying methods for complying with tax obligations. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, capable of combining deep tax knowledge with business acumen to recommend solutions.
In this position, you will act as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing retention of long-term relationships and supervising the service delivery expectations for global employees. You will review and sign U.S. individual income tax returns for inbound and outbound international assignees, while examining and approving international assignment cost projections and compensation balance sheets.
