About the Role
This role oversees the community in an efficient and profitable manner through fostering an environment of satisfaction and well-being by residents and associates, consistent with the goals and objectives of the company and community owners. The incumbent must possess a high degree of professionalism and positive engagement for our residents and the workforce.
Success in this position is driven by relationships built within the community, including vendor partners and regulatory and social services partnerships. You will adopt a collaborative approach to create consistently favorable circumstances that foster success for the organization. Your approach will be defined by active listening, ensuring that each resident and staff member feels seen, heard, and valued as you work to resolve challenges. You will serve as an advocate for residents, effectively communicating concerns to senior leadership and seeking resources throughout the organization to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePrepare and execute community budgets, rent rolls, and financial projections
- check_circleCoordinate vendor relationships, contractor work, and large capital projects
- check_circleManage resident relations from move-in to move-out and resolve concerns promptly
- check_circleEnsure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other property management regulations
- check_circleMaintain secure resident files and refer residents to appropriate support services
- check_circleOversee community operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and resident satisfaction
- check_circleImplement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- check_circleLead on-site staff by setting goals, providing training, and conducting performance reviews
Requirements
- verified5-7 years of experience in the property management industry
- verified2+ years of experience as a community/property manager
- verifiedKnowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications
- verifiedFamiliarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
