This role oversees the community in an efficient and profitable manner through fostering an environment of satisfaction and well-being by residents and associates, consistent with the goals and objectives of the company and community owners. The incumbent must possess a high degree of professionalism and positive engagement for our residents and the workforce.
Success in this position is driven by relationships built within the community, including vendor partners and regulatory and social services partnerships. You will adopt a collaborative approach to create consistently favorable circumstances that foster success for the organization. Your approach will be defined by active listening, ensuring that each resident and staff member feels seen, heard, and valued as you work to resolve challenges. You will serve as an advocate for residents, effectively communicating concerns to senior leadership and seeking resources throughout the organization to resolve issues.
