About the Role
This position serves as a vital link between Circle K and our community in Alliance, Ohio. As a key member of the store team, you will ensure a welcoming environment for every customer while maintaining the operational excellence of our facility. The role blends customer service, facility management, and team leadership to keep the store running smoothly from open to close.
You will be the first face customers see, greeting them warmly and offering assistance with everything from fuel transactions to convenience store items. Beyond serving guests, you will manage the store's physical condition, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. This includes maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and handling cash controls with precision. In the absence of the Assistant Manager, you will step up to supervise customer service representatives, coaching new hires and adjusting workflows to optimize customer traffic and efficiency.
