This position serves as a vital operational hub at the Circle K location in Alliance, Ohio, ensuring a seamless experience for customers while maintaining the highest standards of facility and financial control. As a key team member, you will act as a primary point of contact, guiding shoppers through their daily needs with courtesy and efficiency. The role extends beyond basic transactions; it involves managing the flow of the store, supervising customer service representatives during shifts, and upholding the brand's reputation for cleanliness and safety.
You will be the face of the store, greeting customers warmly and offering assistance with everything from fuel transactions to lottery and money order services. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of responsibilities, from managing inventory and merchandising to handling cash controls and resolving operational discrepancies. In the absence of the Store Assistant Manager, you will step up to coach new employees, adjust staffing to manage customer traffic, and ensure the fast food service area runs smoothly.
