As a Technical Consultant and direct supervisor of laboratory personnel, you will manage the performance of all laboratory testing while serving as a resource medical technologist in your assigned section. Your role is pivotal in developing and maintaining policies, standards, and quality control practices, as well as overseeing lab safety and maintenance. You will hold the responsibility and authority to ensure the laboratory meets all accreditation requirements and applicable OSHA standards. This position is represented by UFCW.

Five years' clinical laboratory experience. Two years' leadership experience. Current certification from American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or National Credentialing Agency for Labs (NCA).
