About Us
Brown Butter Craft Bar and Kitchen is growing, and we are searching for an experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee program. This role is perfect for someone with a deep passion for coffee, a talent for crafting and expanding a beverage menu, and the ability to independently manage and maintain a manual espresso machine.
About the Role
As the Head Barista, you will be at the forefront of shaping our coffee program and menu. You will lead our coffee operations, ensuring excellence in every cup while crafting high-quality espresso and coffee beverages with precision and consistency. Your expertise in extraction and equipment care will be essential to dialing in and maintaining our manual espresso machine.
Beyond the bar, you will innovate and expand our beverage menu, bringing creative and seasonal offerings to life. You will provide top-tier hospitality, engaging with guests to create a welcoming café experience. A key part of your day will involve training and mentoring baristas, fostering a team culture of knowledge and passion for coffee. You will also oversee inventory, ordering, and quality control for all coffee-related operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and operational excellence.
