About the Role
Based in D'Iberville, MS, the Co-Manager serves as a vital partner to the Unit Manager, sharing responsibility for the daily operations, profitability, and culture of the store. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to maximizing customer satisfaction while driving sales and controlling costs.
The Co-Manager plays a central part in building the team. You will be responsible for the hiring, training, and continuous development of crew members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to deliver high-quality food and service. Your day-to-day involves managing shifts to meet Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.) standards, monitoring inventory and food costs, and fostering a safe, motivating atmosphere that encourages teamwork and retention.
Application Instructions
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to perform all restaurant operations positions, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Those with a college degree or equivalent experience in operations, along with at least one year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry, are encouraged to apply.
