Based in Cantonment, FL, the Co-Manager serves as a vital partner to the Unit Manager, driving the store's success through a dual focus on operational excellence and crew development. This role is designed to maximize profitability while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The Co-Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of crew management, from hiring and training to continuing development and performance mentoring.
In this position, you will act as a leader on the floor, ensuring that every shift meets Wendy's standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.). You will work closely with the team to execute sales and profit plans, manage costs, and maintain a safe, efficient environment. The role requires a hands-on approach, where you will not only direct crew activities but also step in to perform all restaurant operations positions to support the team during peak times.
Candidates for this position must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various temperature environments. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry and a college degree or equivalent operational experience. Familiarity with Wendy's operating systems, policies, and supervisory practices is essential.
