About the Role
As a Baker at our Houston location, you will help keep the promise of "Wonderful Hospitality. Always." by delivering thoughtful, heartfelt, forward-thinking service that upholds and builds upon this living legacy. You will prepare breads and pastries, including doughs, fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating, ensuring every item meets our quality and presentation standards.
Your day will involve reviewing production sheets to manage daily variety, maintaining kitchen logs for food safety compliance, and monitoring food temperatures and quality throughout your shift. You will also play a key role in supporting the team by assisting management with hiring, training, and scheduling, serving as a role model for safety and professional conduct. Whether moving equipment, handling sensitive issues with tact, or developing positive working relationships, you will contribute to a culture where excellence is the norm.
