About the Role
This position is based at The St. Regis Deer Valley in Park City, Utah. As a member of the Food and Beverage & Culinary team, you will prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards. Your day will involve preparing ingredients, including portioning, chopping, and storing food, as well as safely using baking and measuring tools to prepare baked goods.
You will ensure compliance with food safety handling policies, personal hygiene procedures, and sanitation standards. This includes monitoring food temperatures, checking kitchen appliances, and maintaining a clean work station. You will also monitor the quality of food prepared and portions served throughout your shift, moving and lifting objects up to 25 pounds while navigating sloping or uneven surfaces as needed.
