This position is located at The St. Regis Deer Valley in Park City, Utah. As a key member of our Food and Beverage & Culinary team, you will prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards. Your day will involve preparing ingredients, including portioning, chopping, and storing food, as well as safely using baking and measuring tools to prepare baked goods.
You will ensure compliance with food safety handling policies, personal hygiene procedures, and sanitation standards. This includes monitoring food temperatures, checking kitchen appliances, and maintaining a clean work station. You will also monitor the quality of food prepared and portions served throughout your shift, ensuring every guest experience meets our high expectations. Success in this role requires clear, professional communication, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and a commitment to supporting the team to reach common goals.
