As a Dishwasher at Invited, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. This role is vital to maintaining the efficiency of the kitchen and supporting the delivery of our signature "3-steps of service" to members and guests.
You will work in a dynamic environment where teamwork is essential. Your day will involve operating dishwashing machines, hand washing delicate items, and maintaining a pristine dishwashing area. Beyond cleaning, you will actively contribute to a positive team culture by assisting kitchen staff, helping with food preparation tasks as needed, and proactively addressing member or guest needs. You will be expected to resolve challenges professionally and practice effective service recovery when issues arise, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
