As a Restaurant Dishwasher at SSP in our Food & Beverage Operations, you play a vital role in keeping our fast-paced kitchens running smoothly. Your primary mission is to ensure a spotless work area by washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and cookware, while strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. You will collaborate closely with kitchen staff to support safe operations, contributing to an organized, efficient, and secure environment for both guests and team members.
In this on-site position, you will operate commercial dish machines and manually handle larger pots, pans, and equipment as needed. Beyond cleaning, you will maintain the cleanliness of the dish area and floors, manage trash removal, and organize clean items to support service staff. You may also assist with basic kitchen prep or stocking when required, ensuring the back-of-house operations flow seamlessly.
We prioritize a safe and efficient workplace where every team member contributes to a secure environment. We value teamwork in back-of-house operations and expect all staff to maintain occupational safety awareness, report equipment or safety issues promptly, and follow strict sanitation protocols. Basic English comprehension is required to understand safety instructions, and we encourage a proactive approach to maintaining our high standards.
We are committed to supporting our team with a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, as well as Life Insurance and a 401k plan.
