As a Restaurant Dishwasher at SSP in our Food & Beverage Operations, you play a vital role in keeping our fast-paced kitchens running smoothly. Your primary mission is to ensure a spotless work area by washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and cookware while adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards. Working on-site, you will collaborate closely with kitchen staff to support safe operations and contribute to an organized, efficient, and secure environment for both guests and team members.
Your day-to-day involves operating commercial dish machines, manually handling larger pots and pans, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dish area, floors, and waste disposal systems. You will also assist with basic kitchen prep or stocking when required and ensure that clean items are organized and stored properly to support service staff. Safety is paramount; you will be responsible for reporting any equipment or safety issues promptly to supervisors and maintaining awareness of occupational safety protocols.
