As a Restaurant Dishwasher at SSP in our Food & Beverage Operations, you play a vital role in keeping our fast-paced kitchens running smoothly. Your primary mission is to ensure a continuous supply of clean, sanitized dishes, utensils, and cookware, directly supporting the efficiency of our kitchen staff and the experience of our guests.
In this on-site position, you will collaborate closely with the back-of-house team to maintain a spotless, organized, and secure environment. From operating commercial dish machines to manually handling larger pots and pans, your work ensures that strict food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. You will also contribute to a safe workplace by promptly reporting any equipment or safety issues to supervisors and assisting with basic kitchen prep or stocking when needed.
