About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician for our Ivi apartment community in Omaha, NE. This conventional property features 244 units and relies on skilled technicians to ensure a comfortable living environment for our residents.
In this role, you will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs while providing exceptional customer service. As a lead technician, you will be expected to work independently and handle a variety of tasks ranging from appliance repair and light carpentry to plumbing and electrical work. The role requires tolerance for all extremes of hot and cold weather and availability for an on-call maintenance schedule.
