We are seeking a determined, confident, and persistent All-Star to join our team as a Salesperson. This role is designed for high achievers who enjoy providing value to clients and want to shine professionally in a supportive environment. As our Salesperson, you will serve as the bridge between prospective clients and our legal team, helping them understand the value of our services and guiding them through the initial stages of engagement.
You will conduct in-depth, in-person consultative sales meetings to perform needs analysis and explain our value and price points with maturity and sensitivity. A key part of your day involves following up with prospects who have not yet retained the firm and facilitating workshops and webinars. While you will not provide legal advice or sign engagement letters, you will prepare prospective clients for entering into an engagement with our attorneys.
