About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will serve as the primary architect of client relationships within the Sacramento and San Francisco Bay Area regions. Your mission is to deeply understand your clients' business environments and strategic goals, identifying complex problems that can be solved through technology. You will act as a strategic partner, developing comprehensive plans to sell a full spectrum of technology solutions—including Digital Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Professional Services—while leveraging the collective resources of sales leadership and internal teams.

This role is designed for a proactive seller who thrives in a high-paced environment. You will manage multi-month sales cycles and multi-million-dollar transactions, driving client engagements by collaborating closely with Solutions Practices and Services teams. Beyond closing deals, you are responsible for cultivating a robust pipeline, ensuring a three-to-one ratio of opportunities against quota, and maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction by resolving concerns and educating stakeholders on the full portfolio of offerings.

The Team & Culture

You will join a collaborative sales organization where the Inside Sales team acts as a dedicated support unit, handling vendor follow-ups, order processing, and invoicing to ensure a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires navigating a dynamic landscape with honesty, ethical behavior, and strict adherence to federal, state, and local compliance policies. We value professionals who can balance aggressive sales targets with the nuance of consultative selling and critical thinking.

Hiring Process
