Andrew C. Beasley PLLC is Nashville's highest-rated criminal defense firm, renowned for defending clients' rights with unwavering dedication. Our team includes former prosecutors and magistrates who bring firsthand courtroom experience to every case. We specialize in a wide range of criminal defense areas, including DUI, assault, drug offenses, and federal crimes, serving communities across Middle Tennessee. Having handled over 5,000 cases, we treat every client like the only client.
We are a firm that is growing because of the quality of our work and the care we bring to every client relationship. Every team member is an integral part of our continued and growing success.
We are looking for a Law Firm Sales Professional who can do something most people can't: make someone facing a difficult legal situation feel heard, understood, and confident about their next step. This is a high-performance role where your people skills and your drive work together.
You will handle inbound calls and inquiries from people who are already reaching out for help. Your job is to listen, build trust, and guide them toward the legal representation they need. All leads are inbound—no cold calling. You will lead intake conversations with confidence and empathy, helping people feel informed and supported while guiding them toward a decision. You will also navigate common concerns around cost, timing, and uncertainty with calm, honest communication.
We've built one of the strongest client intake operations in Tennessee, and we're growing the team. If you bring both genuine warmth and a results-driven mindset, we want to hear from you. You will have direct access to firm leadership, a clear path to increased earnings, and the knowledge that your work makes a genuine difference in people's lives.
We are especially interested in candidates from people-focused, high-stakes environments—such as healthcare admissions, financial services, or real estate—where trust-building and guiding people through important decisions are central to the work. Legal experience is not required; strong people skills and a results-driven work ethic are.
To apply, please submit your resume and a brief note about your experience guiding people through difficult decisions. We offer comprehensive training in client communication, intake process, and law firm systems, along with direct mentorship from firm leadership.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
