We deliver our Family Member, Operations, and Customer Experience through Restaurant High Performing Teams (RHPT). These are groups of Family Members who share a common vision, goal, and approach to work. They collaborate, challenge, and hold each other accountable to deliver the DKT experience using six core characteristics: Coaching, Communication, Engagement, Empowerment, Recruiting, and Rewards and Recognition.
As a Restaurant Manager at DKT, you are a leader who delivers the DKT experience to both our Family Members and customers. Reporting to the Operating Partner, you will foster a High Performing Team environment by coaching during shifts, creating a safe space for communication, and engaging with Family Members to understand their specific work needs.
Your leadership ensures that decisions are made by the right roles to provide efficiency, timely customer support, and improved resourcing. You will ensure DKT operating procedures are followed to drive operational excellence while supporting Operating Partners and local area leadership in managing the restaurant through financial planning, scheduling, recruiting, and the training and supervision of Team Leaders and Team Members.
