About the Role
The Gateway Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the Banquet side of our kitchen. In this pivotal position, you will guide the preparation of menu items for banquet events, ensuring every dish meets the exacting standards and specifications set by the Executive Chef. You will report directly to the Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef, playing a key role in fulfilling our mission to enthusiastically deliver first-class hospitality that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
