The Land Development Manager plays a pivotal role in our mission to build zero-defect homes and bring dreams to life. This position is responsible for managing the Division's land development program, directing activities from roadway construction and utility installation to landscape and vertical construction. You will serve as the bridge between planning and execution, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of new projects.
In this role, you will work closely with Area Construction Managers and the Director of Construction to deliver completed, ready-to-build home sites. Your day-to-day involves overseeing projects from permit approvals through construction, recording plats, and final community turnover. You will manage field operations including erosion control, grading, paving, and amenities, while also handling HOA management, bond maintenance, and compliance with environmental standards like SWPPP. This is a career built on cost management, adherence to schedules, and the tangible satisfaction of seeing a community take shape.
