About the Role

Step into a leadership role and shape what's next. Cannon is seeking a Regional Manager of Land Development to lead our Southern California operations from our Irvine office. This position is strategically positioned as the next step in leadership succession for Cannon's Development group, designed to prepare you for expanded leadership responsibilities and advancement into a senior leadership role as Director of Development.

In this capacity, you will guide Cannon's Land Development operations across Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects, leading and mentoring engineering teams while driving business development efforts with private developers, landowners, and higher education institutions. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will represent Cannon with professionalism and integrity in all client, agency, and community interactions.
