About the Role

You will be responsible for supervising and directing all aspects of a community, ensuring the delivery of zero-defect homes while managing costs and adhering to strict schedules. This position serves as a central hub for coordinating with department heads, Division Executives, and outside consultants regarding architectural design and site planning. It is a dynamic opportunity to shape the future of a community from feasibility studies through to final construction and HOA setup.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMaintain community and construction schedules while overseeing all construction activities and quality control
- check_circleCoordinate input from Division Executives on site and architectural design
- check_circleSupervise and coordinate with outside consultants for architecture, civil engineering, and landscape architecture
- check_circleCreate and maintain site budgets and negotiate contracts with outside consultants
- check_circleProvide weekly written reports on progress, trade partner meetings, agency contacts, and safety meetings
- check_circleSecure and manage the exoneration of necessary bonds and coordinate model complexes and conditional use permits
- check_circleCoordinate DRE processing, CC&Rs, and HOA setup while acting as a liaison and board member if needed
Requirements
