About the Role

As a Supervisor of Region Operations, you will manage technicians in specific service areas to provide quality residential and business communications services on a profitable basis. Your mission is to develop and maintain an aggressive, knowledgeable, customer-focused team that promotes Lumen products while delivering a service experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will serve as the single point of contact between Lumen and contractors to resolve issues arising during construction and maintenance processes, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational excellence.
