This position offers hands-on construction and general labor support at Wheeler Air Force Base, focusing on soil packing and related site preparation activities. You will join a project-based team that values safety, reliability, and teamwork while working on a high-profile military site. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a controlled, secure environment and are eager to build in-demand skills, such as HAZWOPER certification, while contributing to essential field operations.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Wahiawa, HI, operating Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The work takes place outdoors on active construction areas, involving exposure to varying weather conditions, soil, dust, and typical construction-site noise. The role is physically demanding, requiring frequent standing, walking, lifting, and manual handling of materials. Compliance with base access rules and security procedures is mandatory, and you must wear appropriate personal protective equipment and follow site-specific safety requirements at all times.
