About the Role

We are seeking a Driller's Assistant for our Field Services Division, based out of Beaumont, Texas. This role is vital to our field operations, supporting the testing and inspection of construction materials including soils, concrete, and pile monitoring. Whether you are an experienced professional or a motivated newcomer, we welcome your application and provide all necessary training to ensure your success.

In this position, you will work closely with Drillers to execute a variety of field activities. Your day will involve drilling and sampling geotechnical test borings, installing and plugging wells, and performing soil boring operations. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, monitoring equipment performance, and completing essential daily paperwork such as safety reports and vehicle inspections. This role requires physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and the ability to facilitate positive, professional customer relations on-site.
