About the Role
This position serves as a vital support to the Enhancement Supervisor, focusing on the effective management of projects and employees to drive company goals. You will be the bridge between strategic planning and on-the-ground execution, ensuring that every crew operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
In this role, you will directly supervise 2-3 man crews, handling the full spectrum of daily operations from scheduling and task assignment to training and performance evaluation. You will foster a "Culture of Safety" by leading bi-weekly safety meetings and ensuring strict adherence to protocols regarding equipment usage, vehicle safety, and work zone security. Beyond supervision, you will play a key role in developing your team's skills through continuous training and by facilitating conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
