We are seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to provide expertise and champion results within our amazing team. In this role, you will supervise technical and non-technical laboratory personnel and daily operations in assigned areas and shifts. Your mission is to ensure the department meets organization and regulatory requirements while fostering a healthy work environment where the patient experience is as meaningful to you as it is to us. You will be responsible for achieving department goals regarding service, quality, financial performance, and patient satisfaction, while integrating intra and inter-departmental activities. This position requires a leader who can supervise, teach, and motivate staff, reviewing payroll, purchasing requisitions, and scheduling to maintain operational excellence.
