As an anchor at KTAR, you will be an effective team member making a full contribution to the station's success. This role is designed to help you contribute daily to making KTAR the leading provider of timely, relevant news and information. You will produce stories from the newsroom and occasionally from the field, requiring availability for varied schedules.
This position serves as the perfect "foot in the door" opportunity for an up-and-comer or a great job for someone looking to keep their news chops fresh. You will be expected to be a self-starter and quick thinker, placing an extreme emphasis on conversational writing and creative presentation during live and taped reports. While this is an onsite role requiring regular work at our Phoenix site, work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and company discretion.
