Our client is seeking a Sr. Manager, Field Marketing based in Buena Park, CA, to lead regional field marketing efforts for the Central/Sunbelt region. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Field Marketing (Southern California), this position is designed to drive brand awareness, guest acquisition, and local market sales through data-driven, community-focused initiatives across both franchise and company-owned markets.
The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will partner closely with Operations, Digital Marketing, and Franchise Development to design programs that resonate locally while maintaining brand consistency. From orchestrating grand openings and regional campaigns to managing the field marketing budget with ROI-driven decision-making, you will serve as a vital marketing liaison to regional leadership and franchise advisory groups. Success in this role requires a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a specific passion for the food industry and an understanding of customer trends in the bakery market.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to demonstrate professional proficiency in both English and Korean. The position involves regular travel (up to 40%) across the assigned region and nationally to support key initiatives and foster collaboration with franchisees and cross-functional partners.
