The Senior HR Generalist serves as a strategic partner to the HR Director, anchoring the organization's human resources functions with a specialized emphasis on talent acquisition and recruitment. This position is pivotal in driving the company's growth by leading full-cycle recruiting efforts while simultaneously ensuring robust employee relations, regulatory compliance, and seamless onboarding experiences.
In this role, you will act as the primary resource for employees and managers regarding company policies, workplace concerns, and HR inquiries.
