About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a rapidly growing organization preparing for a major acquisition and significant expansion, with plans to triple its workforce. As part of this transformation, the company is building out its HR infrastructure and seeking multiple HR Generalists with a strong recruitment focus to join on a temp-to-hire basis.
This is a high-impact opportunity to support large-scale hiring initiatives while contributing to broader HR projects at the parent company level. About the Role
In this position, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of roles and departments, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans. You will manage high-volume recruiting pipelines in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment, ensuring a smooth candidate-to-employee transition through effective onboarding support.
Beyond recruitment, you will assist with critical HR initiatives tied to acquisition integration and workforce expansion. The role also involves providing general HR support, including employee relations, compliance, and HR operations, while helping to implement and improve HR processes, systems, and best practices.
Hiring Process
