About the Role
The Recruiter serves as a strategic partner in the organization's talent acquisition efforts within the healthcare industry. Based in Aiea, this full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The role is dedicated to managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers, while ensuring a high standard of customer service for both hiring managers and applicants.
In this position, you will build robust talent pipelines and promote the company's brand through active engagement at job fairs and outreach events. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, develop targeted strategies using various job boards and social media, and maintain accurate records within the ATS.
