About the Role
The Kitchen Project Specialist is a vital member of the store team, dedicated to driving sales and enhancing the customer experience by supporting four core priorities: offering knowledgeable help, making showrooms easy to shop, providing efficient service, and ensuring product availability.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, welcoming them to the store and assessing their specific kitchen project needs. You will provide expert information on products and services, make tailored purchasing recommendations, and schedule additional appointments or consultations as required. Your goal is to deliver knowledgeable help and efficient service that directly supports department and store goals.
Beyond customer interaction, you play a key role in maintaining an inviting and functional showroom. This involves creating quick designs for in-stock cabinet options, assessing stock levels, and performing light pack-down and pack-out activities. You will ensure that products, samples, and brochures are organized and accessible, making the shopping experience seamless for our customers.

This includes following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and immediately correcting hazards or reporting unsafe conditions to the Manager On Duty.
