About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and ensure our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This role is the heartbeat of our Black Rock location, requiring a leader who can foster a positive working environment while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
You will be the bridge between our culinary vision and daily execution, working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service flow. In this fast-paced environment, you will mentor staff on food preparation techniques, manage inventory to prevent shortages, and collaborate on menu development that balances cost with seasonal creativity.

Requirements
- verifiedProven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment
