As a Sous Chef, you will serve as a vital partner to the Executive Chef, overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure seamless service and high standards of food quality. This role is about more than just cooking; it is about leading by example, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and driving menu innovation. You will work closely with a skilled culinary team to execute seasonal menus featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients, ensuring every dish meets our rigorous presentation and flavor profiles.
In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will be the bridge between the kitchen and the front-of-house, facilitating smooth communication and resolving guest concerns with professionalism. Your day will involve mentoring staff on safety and technique, optimizing inventory systems, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace that adheres to all health code standards.
