About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager/Chef to join our team and play a key role in our innovative Signature Dining Programs. This role focuses on à la minute cooking and chef-inspired creations, allowing you to work alongside a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens equipped with top-notch tools.
Unlike traditional restaurant environments, senior living dining offers a much more consistent and predictable work schedule. You will work alongside a team that is typically out before 9 p.m., avoiding the late-night shifts and inconsistent hours often associated with the restaurant industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to balance personal and professional goals while contributing to the vibrant lifestyle of our residents.
