The Kitchen Manager serves as the operational backbone of our back-of-house, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards of quality and consistency. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, this role is critical for maintaining the integrity of our culinary offerings, from daily specials to our core menu items. You will act as the primary liaison between the front-of-house and kitchen teams, fostering a collaborative environment where communication flows seamlessly to enhance the guest experience.
In this position, you will lead by example, motivating a diverse team of culinary professionals through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating efficient service operations, managing food costs through rigorous inventory control, and ensuring that every guest, including those with special needs, receives exceptional attention. You are expected to step in as a Sous Chef whenever necessary, demonstrating versatility and a deep commitment to the restaurant's success.
