As a Communications Operator, you will be the voice of the hotel, responsible for answering and responding to internal and external calls to deliver outstanding guest service and support financial profitability. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, resolving inquiries and requests via telephone in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Your role requires demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all hotel facilities and services while operating office equipment such as computers, PBX systems, and fax machines.
In emergency situations, you will play a critical role by documenting and relaying accurate information to the proper parties. You will also ensure all messages are accepted and delivered promptly with proper grammar and spelling. This position is part of the Local 25 Union and requires complete open availability for weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Schedule and hours are based on seniority and business needs, which may vary from week to week.
