As a Guest Service Agent at Blue Flamingo, you will be the face of our property, providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. You will play a vital role in maximizing room revenue and occupancy while ensuring every guest interaction reflects the high standards of Highgate Hotels. Your day will involve greeting guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries about local dining and entertainment, and ensuring the seamless operation of the front desk.
