As a Front Desk Agent at the Inn at Virginia Mason/Baroness Hotel, you will be the heartbeat of our guest experience. No two days are the same in this fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will thrive as a master multitasker and "Memory Maker," delighting guests, solving problems, and making their day unforgettable.
Your day-to-day involves efficiently handling check-in and check-out processes, managing room credits and keys, and resolving guest issues with discretion and professionalism. You will support the Guest Services and Front Office team by creating unique and meaningful experiences that ensure guests can't wait to return. Whether you are familiarizing guests with property services, making restaurant and activity reservations, or operating the PBX and radio paging systems, your goal is to execute our brand promise of Creating Exceptional Experiences.
