About the Role
The Kid's Club Associate is the heart of our family-friendly gym environment, dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing space for children while parents enjoy their fitness routines. This role goes beyond simple supervision; it is about fostering a positive atmosphere where kids can play, learn, and grow socially and emotionally.
In this position, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Kid's Club area, ensuring a seamless experience for every family. Your day will involve organizing and participating in a variety of recreational and educational activities, including games, drawing, handicrafts, and reading sessions tailored to different age groups. You will interact with children in a positive, age-appropriate manner, supporting their emotional development and encouraging a sense of security and self-worth.
Beyond the activities, maintaining a secure and orderly environment is paramount. You will manage security records, ensuring all children have proper registration forms on file, and maintain discipline with care and understanding. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and storing toys and materials to keep the area tidy and inviting. As a key member of the team, you may also be called upon to recruit, hire, and train new staff, ensuring everyone meets our high standards, and provide shift coverage when needed to keep the club running smoothly.

Requirements
