About the Role
As a Keyholder, you will serve as a vital support to the store management team. Your day will involve performing daily store opening and closing operations while ensuring an amazing shopping experience for every customer. You will partner with management to ensure the store achieves company objectives and KPI goals, setting the example for The Torrid Connection through exceptional selling skills and customer service.
You will support the implementation of merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop. When the Store Management team is away, you assume full responsibility for all store operations as the acting Manager on Duty. Success in this role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the ever-changing nature of retail and fashion trends.
