About the Role
As a key member of the store leadership team, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily operations and foster a culture of excellence. This role exists to ensure the seamless execution of store responsibilities, from managing employee development to maintaining strict regulatory compliance. You will be the face of hospitality for all guests, overseeing timely transactions and resolving issues to create a positive experience. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of scheduling, merchandising, and financial oversight, including monitoring profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, and various operational audits.
Hiring Process & Background Checks
Successful candidates must complete required certification testing upon employment. Please note that all offers of employment are subject to a criminal background check, with specific legal requirements varying by location:
- Kansas: Offers are contingent on background checks. No offer will be extended to individuals adjudged guilty of a felony, crimes involving a moral charge, or furnishing alcohol to a minor two or more times in the preceding five years.
- New Mexico: Offers are conditional on a background check and the issuance of an alcohol server's certificate within 30 days. No offer will be extended to those adjudged guilty of supplying alcohol to a minor.
- Oklahoma: Offers are subject to a background check, completion of an ABLE Commission approved training program, and the issuance of an employee's license within 14 days.
