About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to over 100 of Uline's largest and most complex customer accounts. Your mission is to identify sales opportunities, shape sales strategies across North American locations, and drive Uline's continued growth. You will act as a vital liaison between our customers, regional locations, and corporate teams, ensuring that effective product solutions and pricing recommendations are delivered to meet business objectives.
Your day-to-day involves navigating challenging conversations with clarity and precision. You will assist customers with eProcurement and eInvoicing implementations while participating in weekly sales meetings with leadership to review performance and identify areas for improvement. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic environment where their problem-solving skills and attention to detail directly impact customer satisfaction and company success.
Work Schedule & Location
This position is based at Uline's Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The schedule is hybrid in nature: you will work from a home-based office on Mondays and Fridays, while Tuesdays through Thursdays are dedicated to sales team visits in the field. Please note that all positions at Uline are considered on-site roles within the context of the company's operational model.
