About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly qualified K-8th Grade Music Teacher in Cleveland, Ohio, to join our team. In this role, you will be part of an inspiring, compassionate community committed to the success of every student. You will help cultivate exceptional learning communities characterized by high expectations and academic excellence, guiding students to become responsible, compassionate, and involved world citizens.
You will work within a growth-focused coaching environment based on frequent observations, debriefs, action planning, and progress monitoring. Your day will involve utilizing research-based best practices and school-approved curricula that reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of our students. You will collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate regularly with families regarding the academic and social-emotional growth of their children.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be able to pass federal and state criminal background checks. The selection process includes a review of qualifications and an interview to assess fit within our coaching and collaborative culture.
